Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS)
- A multi-scale computational fluid dynamics (CFD) study of the hybrid-Norwood palliative treatment for hypolastic left heart syndrome (HLHS).
- Investigation and design of injection jet shunt to energize the Fontan circulation. Hemodynamics of the HCS2
- Systemic-to-pulmonary artery shunt counter-pulsation to increase diastolic coronary blood flow in neonates.
- Characterization of infant arterial and pulmonary vessels mechanical properties for multi-scale FSI studies of CHD.
Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD)
- CFD studies aimed at optimization implantation of the outflow cannula of left ventricular assist device to reduce stroke
