About CFAL

The Computational Fluids and Aerodynamics Laboratory (CFAL) at UCF consists of undergraduate and graduate students who utilize numerical models and computational fluid dynamics to conduct research.

Research areas are in the fluid and aerodynamics disciplines, with focuses on complex aerodynamic interactions, rough surface aerodynamics, cavitation, granular flow, compressible multiphase flow, and aerosol dispersion.

Numerical modeling allows for exploration of limitless possibilities! For more information and details of the work done here, please see Research and Research Team.
