POSTER REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
We welcome poster presentations from our attendees in the following categories:
- Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing and Data Science
- Thermal Management
- Health and Sustainability
- Manufacturing
- Energy
You must register for the workshop before you can register as a poster presenter.
GUIDELINES:
- You will have the option to present your poster live via Gathertown, or you can pre-record your presentation. If you choose to pre-record, please submit a YouTube link to your video at the time of registration.
- We recommend that presentations be no longer than 3-5 minutes.
- Please label your video in this format: “Category–Last Name, First Name” so we can easily keep track of submissions and place them in the appropriate poster room.
- Posters will need to be submitted in PDF format and single slide only.
- Poster limit is 5MB.
- Your posters will be on display throughout the workshop. If you choose to present live, please be ready on the day of your category’s panel presentation.
